**Responsibilities**
- Manage on-site production and maintenance, oversee a team with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service
- Enhance team engagement and culture through training and mentorship
- Demonstrate accountability and multi-skilled capabilities in day-to-day operations management
- Develop project initiatives to help support the production team
- Supervise external contractors for timely and safe preventive maintenance
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance to reduce production downtime

**Skills & Experience**
- Positive safety attitude
- Demonstrates excellent ability to build strong relationships
- Negotiates with internal and external stakeholders for desired outcomes
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment as a production or maintenance supervisor
- ERP or MEX experience preferred but not essential
