About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Product & Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to our product management and sales teams.

Reporting to the National Product Manager – Resilient, Hybrid & Laminate, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting product launches, supplier management, and sales initiatives. This role offers exposure across product management, supply chain, supplier engagement, reporting, and client support, making it an excellent opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic environment.

The role includes:

• Preparing and analysing sales and product reports, providing actionable insights to the team
• Monitoring aged and excess stock, assisting in minimisation strategies
• Responding to product-related enquiries from sales representatives and suppliers
• Assisting with client presentations and internal documentation
• Supporting product launches, market research, and random product testing
• Maintaining showroom presentation standards and preparing product samples
• Assisting with conference and event preparation
• Working hand in hand with multiple teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of product and sales initiatives.

About You

• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with suppliers, sales, and product teams
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Experience with reporting/business systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) desirable
• Flooring, interiors, or related industry experience advantageous but not essential
• Bachelor of Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred but not essential
