The Company

Crusader Caravans is a fast-growing, Australian-owned manufacturer, recognized for producing high-quality caravans and providing excellent customer service. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team and ensure our production operations run smoothly.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Scheduler to develop and maintain efficient production schedules that align with our manufacturing goals. This role is critical in coordinating across departments to ensure on-time delivery of our products without compromising quality or efficiency. Monday to Friday – 6.00am – 2.06pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align schedules with company objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
  • Identify and address potential production delays, implementing solutions proactively.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
  • Communicate schedule changes effectively with all stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve processes.
  • Knowledge of the caravan or manufacturing industry (preferred but not required).
