Production Supervisor

**The Opportunity** Join the DuluxGroup production team at our new Epping Site as our Production Supervisor for Dulux Acratex products. As our Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of manufacturing, filling & despatch of render, mouldings and panels to complete the production schedule and support the Production Manager to implement and optimise of the Dulux Production System on site. As well as ensuring the daily production schedule is complete and ensuring there is coverage across all areas of production on each shift. **What you will bring and develop** To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be passionate and driven to succeed in a manufacturing environment, with your strong mechanical aptitude you will be part of identifying problems and implementing a solution. This is a busy role, so you’ll need excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude to succeed. A strong safety focus is key in this environment. This is a hands-on role in addition to leading this team. Accountabilities will include: - Ensuring process level Regulatory, Safety and Quality standards are met. They support production-oriented Fatality Prevention and Injury Prevention Protocols for the site - Co-ordinating advanced problem-solving and continuous improvement activities that reach across the Production, Warehousing and Dispatch areas and help facilitate the site’s “can-do” capability - Embedding the principles of standard work and operator-led maintenance within the Production System - Representing Acratex Epping in relevant site and public forums and working with other site leaders to help ensure we deliver our business objectives.
