**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Global HR Services, the HR Assist Manager oversees the HR Assist team's operations, ensuring a seamless HR service for business units and employees. By closely collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Systems, this role aims for exceptional customer satisfaction through high standards, regulatory adherence, and leadership in improvement projects for operational excellence.
Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
Deliver efficient, effective, and consistent HR services to support strategic objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
Utilise resources effectively for efficient HR administration and transactional support, emphasising data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement Maintain data accuracy and integrity in HR systems, adhering to established procedures and overseeing organisation-wide initiatives Oversee team outputs, mentor staff, and coordinate training, workload, and collaborations for effective HR service delivery Actively participate in system and process improvement projects, integrating, standardising, and improving HR transactional processes
**About you**
You are an adept HR professional with a deep understanding of large organisational operations, particularly in a global context. Your expertise spans HR processes, policies, and procedures, honed through your experience in HR Shared Services environments. With a proven track record in managing people, you excel at coaching employees, especially in HR administration.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders' expectations and foster strong working relationships, ensuring smooth operational interactions
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate and punctual completion of transactional tasks Proficient in project planning and implementation, showcasing strategic thinking and organisational skills Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly, leveraging expertise in various HR systems to maintain data integrity and security Expertise in advanced Microsoft Office tools, including Excel macro creation and process mapping
