We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to cover a 12-month parental leave contract, providing strategic and hands-on HR support to a high-performing retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Lead HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Partner with business leaders to support talent acquisition, succession planning, and capability building.
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and embed best-practice HR policies across the business.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, ideally within the retail sector or a fast-paced consumer-focused environment.
- Strong generalist HR knowledge with expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence at C-suite level.
- A resilient, adaptable leader who thrives in a collaborative and evolving environment.
