**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, andevaluations.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee adaptation processes to ensure a seamlessexperience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and develop recruitmentstrategies.
- Collect and analyse HR data to support decision-making.
- Foster employee satisfaction through regular visits and feedback collection.
- Promote corporate culture to strengthen team cohesion.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in human resource management in the education industry is preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good work ethics, integrity honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to build rapport with employeesat different levels.
- Team player, passionate about HR work, and willing to learn and grow continuously.
- Willing to progress in career development, able to take the initiative to take responsibility and leadthe team to achieve goals.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
