Lendlease Construction has a unique opportunity available for a Services Manager to join our high performing project team delivering Lendlease’s own One Circular Quay. The jewel in the crown at the gateway to Sydney, One Circular Quay will become one of the most desired addresses to live and stay in the world.

**The Project**

One Circular Quay - a partnership between Lendlease Development and Lendlease Construction, will consist of a stunning residential tower joined by a luxury Waldorf Astoria hotel, marking the entry of Hilton’s iconic brand into Australia. The proposed towers at One Circular Quay will have an estimated end value of $3 billion.

**The Role**

As Services Manager, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design for the complex building services packages across the project, whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and always ensuring elevated levels of Health & Safety. You will be responsible managing the interface requirements between services and building elements including design, coordination, approval, installation, and commissioning and completion requirements of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.

**Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (M&E Engineering or Construction Management related)
- Previous experience working on large-scale projects, where you will have managed complex building services packages (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic)
- Effective communication and leadership skills will be essential as you will be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
- Making yourself accountable for driving client-driven outcomes and safety initiatives
