As the Client Services Manager, you will deliver the operations and activities of Client Services with responsibility for management and oversight of the department. An integral member of the team, you will not only lead a team of high performing individuals but also be an active and hands-on manager. Apart from time and team management skills, you will be skilled at motivating both yourself, and others, to succeed in a high performance professional financial services environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and lead the Client Services department.
- Streamline service delivery and enhance client outcomes.
- Manage high net worth clients and delegate administrative tasks.
- Allocate resources effectively and provide support.
- Ensure policy compliance and collaboration with other teams.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education in Finance/Commerce/Business Administration
- 5+ years financial services experience with team management.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Client-focused and adaptable to change.

**Performance Goals**:

- Deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Exhibit strong leadership in managing the department
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
