Working in a flat structure, reporting to the Chapter Lead, you will be primarily responsible for
- Governance of the ITSM process and ensuring best practice by the business and vendor partners
- Governance and Management of Major Incidents and Problems
- Governance of Operational Readiness, Disaster Recovery and Change process
**What you'll need to succeed***
- A track record in ITSM
- A flexible approach, the organisation are embracing Agile in a big way
- Ideally ITIL V3 or V4 Certification
- Excellent vendor management capability
- ServiceNow would be highly regarded
