**Description**:
About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a Territory Manager to cover the South West of Sydney with Regional trips to Tamworth and Armidale

Selling and calling on all customers in assigned territory in accordance with call cycle
Ensure all customers are aware of new products, upcoming promotions and cycle deals
Plan and implement Territory cycle plan. 10 Week Cycle planner is to be submitted to State Manager at the beginning of each new promotional cycle
Complete 1 country trip to Tamworth & Armidale every 6 weeks. Min of 6 calls per day with a 5 or 10 weekly visit depending on account grading.
Ensure we have a good coverage of all products in all stores and building product range and volume as required
Improving product positioning in allocated territory
Administering and processing of all orders in accordance with company policy
Coordinate instore and window displays with state merchandisers
Coordination of promotions and catalogues with allocated accounts
Training of pharmacy staff members on new and existing product range
Keeping updated on customer order and contact history
Planning window or instore displays/promotions with accounts
Accepting returns on damaged or out of date products
Setting up of new accounts
Attendance required to relevant conferences or sales meetings as required
Actively participate in regular management meetings as required.
Liaise with internal sales and provide ongoing feedback relating to all relevant customer information
Developing and maintaining rapport with all levels of pharmacy personnel
Contribute to the culture of customer service and organisational efficiency and effectiveness by acting ethically, honestly and fairly at all times
Attend to customers and others with high quality service
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

A minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales within pharmaceutical or other industry
An understanding of retail pharmacy sales
Strong sales skills
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office
Ability to understand and achieve targets
Strong rapport building and interpersonal relationship skills
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work autonomously
Highly motivated
