Bar Margaux:
With a menu built on French bistro classics, an extensive wine list and a curated cocktail menu to rival the most discerning of drinkers paletes, Bar Margaux is home to everyone searching for spectacular food and exceptional customer service mixed with Melbourne’s love affair for late night haunts.

We are looking for someone who is a natural behind the bar, will thrive off a busy environment, understands the simple perfection of a classic cocktail and likes the best tartare in town (in our humble opinion); someone who is at home within hospitality and is passionate about providing the unparalleled customer service experience

Who we are looking for:
To be well equipped for success within Bar Margaux this role will be supported by the Venue Manager and the Senior Leadership Team.

However, the successful Bar Manager will still need a few French tricks up their sleeve:

- The ability to work with and lead a very energetic team.
- Supporting your colleagues (within all aspects of the venue), inspiring your team-mates, having fun and being able to create the ultimate guest experience every time.
- A talent for multi-tasking and problem solving - having the ability to reach into not only your knowledge and past experiences to solve problems and have a solutions based mindset.
- A strong work ethic, the confidence to be able to talk the talk and be passionate for your continued development with the hospitality industry. We believe that working with hospitality professionals breeds a desire for consistently pushing your learning, knowledge and desire to continually improve.
- We want you to have that creative soul that's craving excellence within the industry and being able to leave your mark within hospitality.
- Communication is essential to be successful. You will need to be confident, organised and thoughtful in your communication style.
