**Your new role**
As a Workplace Relations Specialist, you will manage all the ER and IR matters across 5 locations in Australia including:
- Conducting mediation meetings, investigations, writing reports closing resolved cases.
- Managing end to end IR/ER processes, within a predominantly blue-collar workforce.
- Ensuring legal compliance across all states and investigations.
- Demonstrating best HR practises, in a supportive and friendly manner while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Identifying and recommending on HR processes improvements.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience in workplace relations, and the provision of expert and technical Industrial Relations advice and support across the employee lifecycle
- Experience in case management of Workplace and Industrial Relations including misconduct, grievances, and Fair Work Commission processes.
- Be open to working primarily in the office with some flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
