Are you a highly experienced Legal Secretary looking to work in a Top 10 National Law Firm?

Our client is looking for a **Senior Personal Legal Secretary** to work with 2 Partners of this National Firm.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Dictaphone typing and time recording;
- Drafting correspondence, document preparation, editing and formatting;
- Preparation and collation of briefs;
- Minutes of Meetings; Agenda & quarterly conference preparation;
- Billing
- General administration support
**ABOUT YOU** |
To be successful for this role you must have:
- ** At least 2 years' experience** working within a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail
- The confidence to take initiative
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Mature minded
