Workplace Relations Specialist role based in the CBD, paying up to $180k package, for a multinational company.

**Your new company**
You will be joining a considerably large international business that operates in the blue collar sector.

**Your new role**
As a Workplace Relations Specialist you will be dealing with complex ER cases, as well as:

- Leading EBA negotiations (company has multiple EBAs)
- Providing expert advice on ER, IR and grievance handling
- Participating in the company's ER strategy

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your experience in a similar high-level role will lead you to success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Law
- Thorough understanding of Workplace and Industrial Relations legislation
- Experience in dealing with litigations and case management
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders
- Must be Australian citizen, permanent resident or have unlimited full-time working right and experience in Australia
