A Workplace Relations Specialist based in the Eastern Suburbs, paying $120k + 10% bonus + super.

**Your new company**
You will be joining a services provider company that is based in the Eastern Suburbs.

**Your new role**
As a Workplace Relations Specialist, you will manage all the ER and IR matters in the business, as well as:

- Ensuring legal compliance
- Following best practices and maintaining high levels of confidentiality
- Conducting mediation meetings, investigations and closing cases
- Identifying and recommending on HR processes improvement

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your experience in a similar high-level role will lead you to success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Law
- Thorough understanding of Workplace and Industrial Relations
- Knowledge and experience in case management
- Experience in conducting investigations and closing cases
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must be Australian citizen, permanent resident or have unlimited full-time working right in Australia
