**The Opportunity**:
This position will manage and process Warranty claims for all products in Australia, under the direction of the National Product Support & Training Manager, in collaboration with a highly competent and encouraging team. Working closely with the Service teams and Global factories to ensure compliance of warranty terms and conditions are met, driving factory recoveries and minimising the impact to our customers and business by being meticulous in detail with a proactive and solutions focused approach.
**Roster**:Monday to Friday (WFH - 2 days per week)

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Maximise factory recovery rates and case to claim recovery rates
- Manage Technical Service Information reports
- Manage & drive the execution of Field Campaigns (Product Improvements)
- Maintain the highest level of accuracy for all claims
- Liaise with branches, factories, and other stakeholders to ensure that all Field Campaigns & Warranty claims are completed in full & within the timeframe guidelines
- Utilise your technical and analytical skills to evaluate data to design and coordinate an appropriate response
- Involvement in improvement projects including defining, documenting, and implementing of processes and procedures
- Reporting to steak holders on status of warranty & field campaigns
- Assist the National Product Support & Training Manager with the organisation of training & related administration
- Compile & distribute various service department reports.
- Assist in administering various compliance & safety systems
**To be considered for this role you must have.**
- Proven knowledge of heavy equipment, technical background or trade qualified.
- A strong customer focus and be proactive in identifying solutions and offering support to others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail in reporting to a high standard
- Ability to analyse and summarise data to make recommendations on future actions and business improvement processes
- Capability to work efficiently within the Microsoft Suite of software including advanced Excel skills
