SHINY is now seeking a highly organised Office Administration Manager to join our Business Improvement Department. This full-time position is responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating office processes, supporting management improvement initiatives and maintaining effective communication across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions of the business, including workflow, office logistics.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring office budgets, procurement processes, and general resources for administrative operations, including office supplies, contracts, and facility maintenance.
- Oversee workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist in implementing business improvement strategies.
- Coordinate communication and workflow across Business Improvement, Production, and Finance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure that all company operations and employee practices comply with Australian employment legislation and internal company policies.
- Assist with HR and staff coordination functions when required, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
- Maintain and organisee essential company records, including contracts and meeting minutes, to ensure they are accurately filed, secure, and complete.
- Manage client interactions, and related customer service activities.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or office management role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
