**Job title**:Office Administrator / Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Newstyle Direct and handle a variety of administrative and customer service duties, providing excellent communication with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors to the office/showroom
- Maintain the general office, including office cleanliness, stationery ordering, daily sorting of mail, management of couriers etc
- Scanning and filing documents
- Data entry and managing the customer database
- Providing ad hoc assistance to sales representatives and warehouse team
- Assisting with Marketing (Social Media) and weekly banking
- Processing orders and generating quotations and invoices using Quickbooks, SHIPPIT and WordPress e-commerce site
- Provide administrative or secretarial support to Director on an as needs basis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
- Basic understanding of technology to support effective business processes.
- Experience with WordPress will be highly regarded but not essential.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
