SHINY is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & Production Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and coordinate production development activities. This is a full-time position and will primarily be responsible for ensuring smooth office and administrative systems while providing regular support for production coordination tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement and maintain daily departmental administrative systems.
- Manage and coordinate procurement and inventory of the production facility to guarantee production efficiency.
- Systematically managed and maintained production records and filing systems and assist with documentation for import compliance.
- Organise production meetings, coordinate departmental communication to ensure proper production coordination.
- Manage vendor relationships and external service contracts.
- Liaise with overseas suppliers and factories to follow up on production status when required.
- Assist in organizing production-related personnel recruitment and training.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager to assist senior management decision-making.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong organizational/planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bilingual communication (English and Mandarin) will be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
