The Salvation Army Australia’s Homelessness Stream provides high quality, person-centred services to people at risk, and or experiencing homelessness. We support all cohorts in case management, outreach support, financial assistance, connection and referral to other specialist services.

- About the role
- We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team working for Homelessness Melbourne Metro Region. You will provide support to the operations of the Melbourne Metro region, enabling program staff to provide support to people experiencing homelessness with a history of trauma, disadvantage, mental health, AOD and health issues.
- This is a permanent full-time position based in West Melbourne.
- You will successfully
- Provide business and administrative support to the Homelessness Case Management Services Program manager and staff across three sites - primarily West Melbourne but also Kensington and Fitzroy
- Perform key functions including but not limited to accounts payable, fleet car management, assets management, maintenance management, HR and payroll tasks, minute taking, procurement requirements and continuous quality improvement projects
- Maintain a high level of communication when receiving phone calls and produce high quality correspondence, reports and other documents

- You will have
- Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired)
- Demonstrated experience in administration responsibilities (required)
- The ability to liaise and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
