Due to **internal growth and a team promotion**, we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our Kensington Park-based office. This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with a minimum requirement of being **available on Wednesdays and Fridays**.
**About the Role**
In this role, you'll be the face (and voice) of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Checking insurance documents for accuracy
- Supporting our account managers and technical team with general admin tasks
We’re a close-knit and supportive team, and we’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, is eager to help others, and takes pride in delivering great service. Don't worry, this role isn't too insurancey
**What We’re Looking For**
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
- A strong focus on customer service and a professional phone manner
- High attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents
- Good time management and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills
- Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
