Coordinate patient schedules, manage appointment communications, and ensure smooth daily operations. You'll run team huddles, handle schedule changes via phone/SMS/email, prepare administrative reports, and keep everything running like clockwork.

What We Need:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Professional communication (phone, email, in-person)
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Australian citizenship required
  • Minimum 3+ years reception, customer service or front desk experience required
  • Healthcare or chiropractic industry experience preferred but not essential
