**Role Overview**:
You'll support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, coordinate events, and help drive brand awareness across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for coffee culture, and loves bringing ideas to life.

You will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the Axil team and other brands within our network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Coordinate marketing campaigns**: Coordinate and implement marketing strategies across digital, social, and in-store channels with the rest of the marketing team and wider departments.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media content scheduling, strategy development, and performance reporting across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- **Content Creation & Production**:Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and in-store platforms. Plan and execute content shoots, including filming, photography, and video editing. Design in-store marketing materials, support packaging projects, and coordinate product launches
- **Events, Partnership & Relationship Management**:Manage influencer relationships, brand partnerships, and external PR agency collaboration. Additionally, you’ll be able to nlan marketing events, brand activations,
- **Design / Copy / Visual**:and capture event content. Create engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines and current platform trends
- Digital Operations & Maintenance: Maintain website functionality, upload products, and update digital promotional elements

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

Technical Skills
- Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Video Editing: Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Social Media Tools: Familiarity with scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc.)
- E-commerce Platforms: Experience with website management and online store systems

Marketing & Communication Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Knowledge of the latest trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Brand management and visual identity consistency
- Campaign development and execution experience
- Market research and trend analysis capabilities

Creative & Strategic Skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Photography and videography skills
- Event planning and execution experience
- Ability to work with external vendors and agencies
- Strong attention to detail and quality control

Interpersonal Skills
- Team collaboration and leadership capabilities

- Working in a multi-disciplinary team and teamwork.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing coordination or similar role experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or consumer goods industries (in particular specialty coffee)
- Background in both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Previous experience managing social media accounts with significant followings
- Event planning and activation experience
- Able to film and shoot quick run-and-gun videos

Pay: $55,971.23 - $75,000.00 per year
