A career launching opportunity, as Marketing Planning Coordinator has arisen within our Commercial Health & Home Marketing team. In this role you’ll gain exposure to how a business unit is run, and strategic category planning; the foundation of how, when, and where we land our plans in-store and online.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Category Marketing Manager, you'll be empowered to partner with the category team to build and maintain a customer trading calendar for this business unit, aligned to customer insights and commercial targets.

**You’ll also**
- Coordinate customer calendar inputs with stakeholders across a breadth of areas
- Identify trade opportunities and risks via an accurate customer trading calendar
- Align Customer plan with Critical path and Customer campaign execution milestones
- Be the voice of the customer in advocating for the customer within the trade plan
- Problem solve and continuously improve ways of working.
- Support the broader marketing team with marketing campaign management and execution

**About you and your skills**

Mature, detailed, and calm under pressure, you’re an excellent planner with 2 years’ experience as a junior marketer, go-to-market coordinator, or customer / trade planner; coming from an FMCG or sizeable Retailer.

**You’ll also have**
- Extreme attention to detail with intermediate excel skills
- Adaptability, passion, and an ability to work at pace
- Ability to establish and maintain effective cross function relationships
- Ability to work within tight timeframes, embrace change and deliver excellence.
