**About the team**:
To understand our Merchandise business, we need to understand our customers. That’s why you’ll find us working across all Business Units at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Express. Supermarkets is one of the largest teams at Coles, but we’re a close-knit group that come from all over the world. We’re passionate about working at the forefront of merchandising and making sure our customers have quality products at the right price.

**About the role**:
The primary function of this role is to work with the Merchandise and Catalogue teams to build and approve the weekly catalogue. The secondary function is to support the Marketing Managers with the implementation of marketing activity, including briefing and approving marketing material.

You’ll also:

- Primarily build and approve the weekly catalogue.
- Work with the Merchandise teams to build the weekly promotional plan for the catalogue.
- Work with the Catalogue team to build the weekly catalogue pages.
- Coordinate the weekly sign-off of the catalogue with the Merchandise and catalogue teams.
- Coordinate the photography of products for catalogue and marketing material, including updating the image library.
- Support the Marketing Managers with the implementation of marketing activity, including briefing and approving marketing material.

**About you and your skills**:

- Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment.
- Experience in a similar position, Marketing Coordinator or entry level marketing position.
- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Solid understanding of the interface between marketing and other business areas.
- Outstanding time and project management skills, with the ability to work within tight timeframes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Demonstrated track record of influencing key decision makers to achieve the right outcome for customers.
- Simplify and improve processes to deliver a better outcome for customers.
