Brenton Connell Builders is looking for a superstar of a Production Manager to join our growing team

Now over 10 years old specialising in all aspects of Residential Building including Lift and Builds, Home Renovations and Extensions, Brenton Connell Builders runs a full office based in Brendale, two on site teams and an in house interior design service.

**Your new role**
In this integral company position, you will be responsible for the overall management of contracts and variations for a variety of projects at once. You will be the prime contact for clients, trades and suppliers for all during and post construction projects.

Duties for your role include but are not limited too:

- Ensure contract requirements and documentation requirements are met.
- Be part of regular Management meetings
- Be actively involved with the project from start to completion
- You will be an integral member of our team.
- Professional attitude with the desire to learn and progress your career
- Maintaining relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
- Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate the timely execution of their responsibilities
- Review progress on site against progress claimed by subcontractors.
- Assessing sub-contractor invoices
- Monitor project costs against budgets.
- Reconciliation of Contract Provisional and Prime Costs
- Processing invoices and progress payments to clients.
- Cost reporting, scheduling and programming
- Assisting with Project Forecasting and Reporting
- Assist with procurement - supplier & subcontractor
- Document control.
- Interpreting construction drawings
- Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and Operations Manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in the industry.
- Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the construction process.
- A committed and motivated attitude.
- Strong time management and organisation skills
