In our Pivotech QLD Division, we currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse / Production Supervisor in our Brisbane facility.

This is a hands-on role, where you will lead by example.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead a manufacturing team in meeting fabrication KPI’s
- Lead a warehouse despatch team in meeting DIFOT KPI’s
- Efficiency & accuracy of fabrication tasks
- Serve a diverse range of clients
- Positive & Productive teamwork

**Specific Tasks**:

- Facilitate labour and resource allocation for an assigned manufacturing/ distribution unit - lead by example
- General fabrication & warehouse functions
- Proactively ensure customers’ needs are satisfied
- Participate to ensure the warehouse is kept clean & safe
- Other activities as directed
- Ability to operate various machines as directed
- Job documentation
- Time / cost reconciliation

- Team achievement of manufacturing & DIFOT KPI’s
- Quality & efficiency of jobs completed
- Wellness of self and team through safe work practices
- Understanding of machines used to fulfil work duties

**Essential experience, skills and traits**:

- Previous supervisor or leading hand experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in lean manufacturing
- Experience with ISO9001
- Punctual & reliable
- Excellent time management
- Excellent housekeeping standards
- Reliable transportation
- Basic MS Office skills
- Fluent in English
- Forklift licence

**Desirable experience, skills & traits**:

- Certificate III and / or Certificate IV in Competitive Systems & Practices
- Mechanical aptitude
- Manufacturing experience
