Le Bon Choix are currently seeking a full-time Logistics Manager to join our professional team, as we have recently expanded into newer stores.
We are a forever growing company with numerous stores around Queensland; we just moved into BRAND NEW state of the art factory, including all new equipment and facilities.
Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of bakery goods within Le Bon Choix.
Developing, executing, and evaluating purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies and protocols unique to the bakery's needs.
Formulating and executing plans to optimize stock levels while minimizing costs.
Negotiating supplier contracts to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of bakery ingredients and products.
Monitoring and refining storage and inventory systems to meet bakery demand and efficiently manage stock levels.
Maintaining accurate records of all incoming ingredients and outgoing bakery products, ensuring timely replenishment and restocking.
Collaborating with the different stores and other departments to fulfill outbound bakery orders and arrange transportation.
Monitoring and evaluating staff performance in procurement, storage, and distribution operations.
Ensuring the provision of bakery products and services align with customer preferences and expectations.

Have minimum 3-4 years full-time relevant experience (preferably in Australia), with a proven track record of performance that can be verified.
This is a full-time position and requires a good deal of dedication.
This position is a senior level position and not open for those looking to start out in the industry; you must have experience in leading a team, making decisions that are integral to the distribution process, and possess effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
