**About the Company**
This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-month contract paying up to $750/ Day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta/ WFH.

**About the team**
The team you will be joining are a newly created team that is led by experienced veterans in their relative fields. A mix of experience and background this team is thriving to deliver amazing projects that give back to the residents of NSW. A team of high energy individuals who take a collaborative approach to the delivery of Change initiatives.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Change Project Officer with a leading NSW Government agency. The Change Project Officer will be joining the Change and Experience team within one of the largest programs across NSW Government. This program will be helping with a major ERP system implementation to standardise new procedures and processes for this NSW Government Agency.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Supporting the team to deliver the desired change outcome.
- Support and drive the design, implementation and outputs of change impact and business readiness workshops.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the processes, policies and standards for the safety of employees and customers.
- Work collaboratively with all operational business groups to understand current and future state and to gather information.
- End to end project mapping.
- Execute safety responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities.

**About You**
- Previous experience on a change project
- Project mapping experience
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail
