My client is an established global manufacturing organisation with a presence over 40 countries. Due to growth, the Australian division of the business is looking to appoint a **Customer Service Team Leader **to join their team based in Alexandria (close to public transport).

**On a day to day basis your role will involve**:

- Overseeing and coordinating team member activities
- Coordinating monthly team meetings as well as one on one catch ups with your team
- Supporting team members when it comes to resolving complaints and problems
- Reviewing, planning and developing policies and procedures as necessary to improve team activities
- Observing and evaluating team members performance
- Be involved in your teams annual review process

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience leading a small team
- People first mindset with the ability to motivate and support your team - always staying engaged with a can-do attitude
- Strong time management and attention to detail

You will be working Monday to Friday (9am-5pm or 8.30am-4.30pm) - on offer is a base salary + super with eligibility for the company's lucrative annual bonus after a 12 month period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
