About the role:
Join NHP as a Customer Service Team Leader, supporting our Switchboard builder and contractor channel in Sydney. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive service excellence, and manage both onsite and remote team members.
In this fast paced role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service consultants
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure service levels are met
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints
- Deliver process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
- Manage workforce planning and resource allocation
- Collaborate across sales, operations, and digital teams
Located at our Head Office in Silverwater NSW, with free onsite parking and a culture built around team spirit and enjoyment, it is hard to find a better place to work.

- Proven leadership and people management experience in a customer service environment, with a track record of developing, supporting, and coaching teams to success
- Experience in supply chain or order management is advantageous
- Understanding of B2B customer service and the needs of Switchboard builders and contractors
- Exceptional communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to build strong relationships with a range of personalities and stakeholders
- A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
- IT savvy, with experience using CRM systems and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Comfortable with remote management and supporting a national team
