**The Role**

We are looking to employ a dedicated and self starter **Quality Assurance Officer (Korean language)** with great analytical and communication skills to join our successful team.

In this role you will partner with Supervisors and Team manager to assess and improve the quality of service provided by our agents to our clients.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Have an exceptional competency of **Korean written and speaking** language.
- Have a background in the delivery of client services and a knowledge of contact centre operations, coupled with a strong commitment to service improvement and compliance.
- Be driven by the mission of ensuring staff are meeting all compliance obligations and are maintaining high standards of service quality, in order to continually improve our world-class client experience.
- May have previous experience in quality assurance or be seeking to develop your career into this area.
- Display of integrity, professionalism, team spirit.
- Have good initative and business acumen.
- Must have strong communication, organisational and time management skill.
- Good problem recognition and problem solving techniques.
- Ability to work with own initiative and meet deadlines.
- Dedicated, flexible person with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitasking and attention to details.
- Have great enthusiastic attitude at work and good people and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to work on multiple priorities.
