We are looking for an inquiring mind that challenges quality at every opportunity.
- Someone who can Develop, implement, monitor, maintain and improve Quality policies and programs
- Communicate and promote all aspects of Quality Assurance with all relevant departments
- Ensure staff understand the food safety procedures and protocols,
- Communication, demonstration and coach specific training requirements
- Manage to ensure sufficient quality support around production requirements is provided at all times.
- Set site Quality KPI’s and provide clear and accurate reports identifying any shortcomings
- Ensure operations conform to food safety regulations and Quality Systems
- Continual quality checks to monitor product integrity & packing presentation.
- Implement and monitor QA methods and procedures for raw materials, processes and product (i.e. personal hygiene, MHA, temperatures, tares, weights, etc), to meet system requirements with a focus on best practice.
- Liaise with the production team to ensure that work and product safe operating procedures are followed
- Manage inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, manufacturing processes and finished products.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pyrmont, NSW 2009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
