The Role:
We're looking for an All-Rounder Assistant who's not only technically proficient but also embodies a proactive, can-do attitude. You'll play an instrumental role in our operations, from organizing stock and prepping sites to on-the-ground machine installation and training.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage stock inventory for vending machine installations.

Collaborate closely with the site locator to prepare sites for installations.

Lead on-site installations and ensure machines are fully operational.

Train machine refillers on restocking procedures and machine diagnostics.

Oversee and manage assigned accounts, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Technical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues.

Professional presentation and a strong sense of responsibility.

Reliable transport. (Must have own car)

Willingness to work from our Burleigh location and interstate travel as required.

Proactive, energetic attitude and an ability to thrive in a start-up environment.

Previous experience in a similar functioning role would be advantageous.

What We Offer:

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
