We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Vending Machine Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delighting customers with our Mattel branded vending machines.

As a Vending Machine Technician for Mattel brand licensed vending machines, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation, configuration, and maintenance of our vending machines. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires nationwide travel to various locations, including but not limited to shopping malls, amusement parks, toy stores, and other high-traffic venues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and set up Mattel branded vending machines at designated locations nationwide.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair vending machines to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on vending machines to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
- Train and educate operators on how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the vending machines effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement operational strategies to enhance vending machine performance and revenue generation.
- Keep accurate records of machine installations, maintenance activities, inventory, and service calls.
- Stay updated on the latest vending machine technologies, industry trends, and Mattel product releases to provide valuable insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with a passion for technology and vending machines.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve machine-related issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train and support operators.
- Willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice, and work flexible hours as per project requirements.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company-provided vehicle.
- Knowledge of Mattel brand products, including Hot Wheels, Barbie, Fisher-Price, Thomas & Friends, Uno, and other relevant brands, is highly desirable.

**Salary**: $48,809.85 - $96,050.21 per year
