**Job Title**: Customer Services Officer (Part-time)

**Location**: Burleigh Heads

**Salary**: $25/hour

We are seeking an organized, dedicated, and personable individual for the role of Customer Services Officer Based in beautiful Burleigh Heads, you will have the opportunity to provide pivotal administrative support for our team. This is a part-time position, offering a flexible schedule of **5 hours per day, 5 days per week.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage the entire client onboarding procedure and maintain records.

Ensuring prompt response to all customer enquires

Supply of branded and personalised business cads to all operators

Supplying certificate of ownership to operators

Ensuring the operators effective setup and operation of Nayax system is live with Nayax guidelines

Maintaining both physical and digital client files in an orderly and accountable manner

Ensuring that all stock obligations are delivered fully and on time

Facilitating one-on-one training sessions for all operators

Assist to prepare and send the weekly newsletter to keep operators informed and engaged with company updates

Make contact with each operator on a weekly basis and record notes of conversation in the Monday Management System

Maintain installs whiteboard; Ensure daily accuracy, updates on installation whiteboard and schedule in conjunction with the Site Department

A high school diploma, GED or equivalent

Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not essential

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks

A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
