Full-Time Solar Appointment Setter

Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 + OTE (Base + Commissions)

Location: Burleigh Heads, Queensland

Solar Surge Australia Pty Ltd is expanding and looking for an additional full-time Solar Appointment Setter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic company and enjoy strong career and income potential.

What You'll Do
  • Call qualified residential leads for solar and battery installations
  • Book and confirm in-home appointments for our field sales team
  • Follow up on reschedules and maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Work closely with a supportive team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
What We're Looking For
  • Strong preference for candidates with solar appointment-setting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and trust
  • Proven phone-based sales or appointment-setting background
  • Confidence with CRM systems and sales technology
  • Enthusiasm for renewable energy and a professional, team-oriented approach
