We have multiple exciting opportunities on offer in our Gold Coast office at Admin / Officer / Coordinator level. Ideally, we would like a passionate, motivated and experienced individual who takes initiative in delivering quality service to our clients.

These opportunities are full-time, permanent and onsite in our Gold Coast office.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Provide general support to the Client Services team including:

- Ensure timely completion of all client related tasks in their local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards.
- Lodgements, fee management, data entry, printing, filing and scanning.

Reception cover when required, liaising with clients, booking appointments, assisting with queries etc.

**Let’s talk about you**

You are someone with..
- Previous experience with an accounting firm or professional services firm is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.

Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
