Client Services Manager

Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing business with over 30 years' experience delivering high-quality client-focused solutions, is looking to expand their team. They are seeking a Client Services Manager to join their team based in the Gold Coast CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, customer focused role and wants to make a real impact. You will work closely with a collaborative, high-performing team, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to delivery.

The Role

  • Manage client orders and requests from start to finish, including invoicing, record keeping, and reporting using hire, rental, or client management software.
  • Deliver exceptional service across multiple channels – phone, email, and in-person.
  • Support marketing initiatives, maintaining collateral and preparing reports.
  • Assist with project and event preparation, including research, analysis, and post-event follow-up.
  • Provide on-site support for projects and events when required (including occasional evenings or weekends).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Experience coordinating client services, projects, or events, ideally across small to large-scale operations.
  • Familiarity with hire, rental, or client management software.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Energetic, motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
