**Your new company**

Our client is a close-knit, boutique public Practice Accounting firm based in Southport. They pride themselves on providing quality services to all their clients. A need has arisen for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to jump into the role with a can-do attitude to assist their team of accountants and liaise directly with clients. Due to the size of the firm, this role would also cover Reception duties and sit at the entrance of their office, however, the majority of the role will be administration duties.

**Your new role**

Your new role will see you providing excellent administration and reception assistance to the Directors and Senior Accountants. You will also work very closely with the Office Manager who will provide mentorship Duties involve:

- Preparing general correspondence
- Data entry - income tax returns, BAS, IAS
- Client liaison - greeting clients, answering any queries about their file and managing appointments
- Lodgements for the ATO
- Preparing invoices
- Maintaining the client database
- ASIC compliance
- Answering inbound reception calls and greeting any clients
- Organising the boardroom and preparing coffees for clients
- General administrative duties as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Experience in Client Services working for an Accounting firm is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills - essential
- Attention to detail & pride in appearance
- Can-do attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
