The Role
As our Client Services Manager, you'll take ownership of the client administration function and play a key role in ensuring our advisers are supported to deliver an outstanding client experience. This is a dynamic position where you'll oversee advice implementation, client onboarding, and adviser workflows. As we expand, this role also offers the chance to step into supervising, coaching, and mentoring a dedicated client services team.
What You'll Do- Oversee client onboarding and implementation of advice to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage adviser workflows, assist with advice document preparation, and coordinate lodgements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop Client Service Officers as the team grows.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency by ensuring internal CRM workflows, templates, and processes are followed.
- Act as the senior contact for advisers and providers to resolve escalated queries quickly and effectively.
We're looking for someone who is client-focused, proactive, and thrives in a busy, collaborative environment. Ideally, you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in a financial planning client services role.
- Experience in leadership, mentoring, or team support.
- Solid understanding of advice administration processes, platforms, and insurances.
- Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills.
- A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with advisers, clients, and providers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
