Client Services Manager

We are a well established financial planning business dedicated to delivering quality advice and exceptional service to our clients. We pride ourselves on professionalism, teamwork, and building strong, supportive relationships with both our clients and internal teams.

The Role

As our Client Services Manager, you'll take ownership of the client administration function and play a key role in ensuring our advisers are supported to deliver an outstanding client experience. This is a dynamic position where you'll oversee advice implementation, client onboarding, and adviser workflows. As we expand, this role also offers the chance to step into supervising, coaching, and mentoring a dedicated client services team.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee client onboarding and implementation of advice to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage adviser workflows, assist with advice document preparation, and coordinate lodgements.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Client Service Officers as the team grows.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency by ensuring internal CRM workflows, templates, and processes are followed.
  • Act as the senior contact for advisers and providers to resolve escalated queries quickly and effectively.
About You

We're looking for someone who is client-focused, proactive, and thrives in a busy, collaborative environment. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in a financial planning client services role.
  • Experience in leadership, mentoring, or team support.
  • Solid understanding of advice administration processes, platforms, and insurances.
  • Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills.
  • A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with advisers, clients, and providers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
