**Company Description**:

With a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, our company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our thriving team in Perth. This role will primarily cater to industrial clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and cultivate customer relationships, overseeing daily industrial sales activities in Perth, WA, with the goal of achieving sales targets and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
- Expand the sales territory by securing new customers and increasing sales of gases and liquids to existing customers.
- Develop comprehensive proposals, detailed costing, and contract documents to maximize profitability in all business transactions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers in the designated sales territory, ensuring long-term, commercially viable partnerships.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and reporting in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Identify and promptly report safety and health hazards, taking necessary actions to address risks, incidents, near misses, and accidents.
- Provide support for internal and external auditing activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Possesses 2-5 years of experience working with industrial equipment, welding, or power tools within an industrial environment.
- Ideally, has 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, specifically selling into industrial markets.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the sales process and account development.
- Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills.
