**Organisational Development Specialist**

As the OD Specialist, you will be working with the broader People & Culture team to facilitate and implement organisational development solutions which helps to enable the delivery of business strategies. In line with best practices, you will develop and deliver organisational development, culture and capability initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders, this includes frameworks, practices and programs in line with current project needs.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating as a true advisor and trusted partner. Someone who enjoys collaboration and engagement with the wider business, a specialist in the organisational development space. This role needs someone who wants to really embed themselves in the business

**Some of the key focus areas of this role;**
- Managing graduate programs in relation to their full lifecycle with the business and working with business leaders to ensure outcomes being achieved
- Annual engagement surveys with related follow ups and action plans in collaboration with the HR Business Partners
- Delivery and execution of Leadership Development Programs for frontline and middle management
- Working with the project team assigned to the business Capability Audit to identify skill groups and assist with workforce planning
- Adhoc projects as required

This is a 12 month fixed term contract but there's always a possibility of a permanent role down the track. Prove yourself and the opportunities will present themselves as you'll be joining a large People & Culture team here in the Perth head office.

**A bit about you;**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience Learning & Development and/or Organisational Capability/Development roles
- Excellent consulting, facilitation and influencing skills
- Conceptual thinker and problem solver
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - stakeholder engagement is of high importance
