Corporate Business Academy Pty Ltd, an established leader in education, is looking for a skilled **Marketing Specialist** to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns. This position is critical to expanding our outreach and promoting institutes's courses and services effectively.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns to achieve enrollment and sales objectives.
- Provide guidance to senior management on effective approaches to reach prospective students and target audiences.
- Oversee the creation and production of promotional content, ensuring it stays within budget and meets deadlines.
- Analyze student behavior and enrollment trends to predict future market demands.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for educational programs, services, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage research projects to assess demand for current and new offerings.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies on marketing initiatives.
- Advise on digital marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics to enhance online presence.
- Guide on marketing strategies, including program mix, pricing, advertising, and distribution channels to support recruitment and engagement.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum qualification Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication and Diploma of Marketing and Communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field
- Proven expertise in campaign management, market analysis and trend forecasting
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully coordinating advertising production
