**Logistics Administrator**

Our client, a Global leader in the minerals and resource industry, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Logistics Administrator to join their team in Perth CBD.

Working hours: Mon - Fri - 40 hour week
Duration: 6 month assignment - potentially ongoing

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Support Logistics Coordinators and the wider Resource Logistics team;
- Coordinate bussing arrangements and timetables for all deployments, including raising Purchase Orders;
- Maintain OS light vehicle register, including managing and raising Purchase Orders;
- Monitor OS self-funded flights - including prioritizing OS personnel, auditing travelers details, reporting on utilisation and completing the monthly revenue process;
- Complete Amex GBT bookings for OS employees travelling from Brisbane to Rockhampton;
- Assist in managing the OS iPad inventory; and
- Manage and maintain OS logistics documents.

**Experience Required**
- Demonstrated administrative experience within the mining industry
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changes and a dynamic environment;
- Ability to communicate effectively to team members at different levels of the business;
- Ability to balance between current and future priorities;
- Proficiency in working with external vendors;
- Previous experience in the mining industry is advantageous.
