This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Communications Managers to develop and implement a strategy to manage the communications and engagement on State Budget initiatives.

**About the Role**
- Manage, develop and implement a range of communication and engagement strategies across multiple communication channels and platforms to support and enhance program delivery and effectiveness.
- Establish, build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, communication and consultation across all phases of program delivery and implementation
- Design, develop and implement communications resources and collateral, including fact sheets, case studies, and related materials, to ensure high-quality, accurate, and engaging content and communications across multiple media channels.
- Provide sound advice and recommendations on innovative, best practice communication strategies and tools to support continuous improvement and inform evidence-based decision making.
- Monitor, review and evaluate communications performance to support improved program delivery and effectiveness.
- Prepare evidence-based materials, briefings, reports, presentations and other correspondence to ensure timely, professional and informed stakeholder communications.
- Identify, anticipate and respond to emerging communication issues and priorities, and devise and develop appropriate solutions, to manage and mitigate risks and meet stakeholder needs and priorities.

**About You**
- The ability to bring clarity and simplicity to complicated content, working across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in evaluating communication initiatives, setting targets and tracking and measuring to reach goals
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
- Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital / social media and how these can be applied to campaigns to engage our audiences
- Excellent integrated planning skills
- Demonstrated communication success within change and project programs
- A balance of creativity and pragmatism
