**Glide Products is a privately owned Western Australian company and operates from its factory and office in Balcatta Western Australia. Established in 1974 and ISO 9001 certified, Glide is one of Australia's leaders in the manufacture of motorised and manual wheelchairs.**
Glide Products has an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced project admin to step into a hands on, stand-alone role and oversee the various projects that company is engaged with will providing financial knowledge and expertise for the accounts department on project related matters.
Days and hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am-4pm at 25-27 Ledgar Road Balcatta, 6021 WA and from July onwards 66, Prindiville Drive, Wangara 6065.
It is essential that you are team player and happy and willing to undertake not only the high level
Project administration such as project related aspects of the position but also other related activities Including but not limited to: finance, logistics, process management and procurement management.
**More about the role**:
The project administrator would expect to manage the project contract from beginning to closure. This role is expected to work with project consultant and other stake holders to achieve project objectives. Further to manage project budget and related finances, Human resources, project procurement and logistics in a timely manner. Moreover, this role will be liaising with internal and external auditors.
**Skills and Experience**:
8-10 years plus experience in project administration position within a medium size organization (SME) in project engagement environment in different countries - desirable)
Knowledge on project administration, requirement, and contract administration
Capable of project related human resource management.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, an ERP system (Greentree
- highly desirable)
Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner with high level organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively
Strong analysis, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare highly detailed presentations and reports.
Previous knowledge and experience in Financial and Human resource management would be an add advantage.
**Qualifications**:
Certificate course in Project management as a professional qualification
At least a Diploma in Project management or relevant field
Financial qualification would be an added advantage.

Driver’s License
National Police Clearance (less than 6 month old at own cost)
**Salary **:Aud 100,000 - 107,000 Per Annum
