Our client is a leading stone mason that continues to deliver outstanding results and supplies the finest builders and cabinet makers in WA and have continually serviced the WA market for over 30 years. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone looking for a new challenge and enjoys making a difference. The role is based out of their Wangara workshop and there is flexibility to the role.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Graduate Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Cert IV or above
- Previous experience in an administration role within a manufacturing environment would be highly regarded
- OHS Administration experience in a construction or manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills across written and verbal
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to understand the requirements and current legislation around crystalline silica
- A self-starter with initiative

**Key Requirements**:

- Assist with the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of HSEQ management standards and procedures,
- Assisting the team to ensure compliance relating to High-Risk work and the client Critical Risk Management programs
- Providing accurate and quality HSE reporting as per client and company requirements.
- Plant inspections, inductions, risk assessments and reviewing Safe working methods
- Conduct routine site audits, site inspections and safety observations in conjunction with operational personnel.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients and contractors and workers
- Deliver site inductions, communicate HSEQ updates via toolbox, pre-start meetings and HSEQ Alerts on-site
- Develop HSEQ project reporting
- Educate and provide specialist advice and support relevant health and safety legislations
