**Facilities Coordinator (Victoria Portfolio)**

**Your role**:
Hub Australia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the team in managing day-to-day operations of our facilities across Victoria. Sitting within our Property Team, you will collaborate and work closely with each other to assist in day to day operations and align with the larger business strategy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular clubhouse inspections for maintenance issues
- Streamline processes in preparation for portfolio expansion
- Act as the main point of contact for daily facilities communications and report activities to the property team
- Implement new processes, train clubhouse members, onboard vendors
- Rectify any Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) or non-compliant issues promptly and maintain documentation of records and contracts
- Handle daily tickets and queries within Service Level Agreement timeframes, escalating as needed
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repair work
- Manage facilities budgets and maintain expense records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in managing facilities projects including member add ons and customisation works
- Cooperate with local teams for smooth clubhouse operations

**What You’ll Need To Be Successful**:

- At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First-class customer service skills
- Experience in using a ticketing system with attached SLAs is desirable
- Proven experience in managing budgets and expenses
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
